Jordan Horston

Jordan Horston more than held her own against the defending champions in her WNBA debut. Facing off against the mighty Las Vegas Aces, the Seattle Storm rookie guard made a strong first impression off the bench. Following teammate Sami Whitcomb’s steal on the defensive end, the ninth overall pick in the 2023 draft was off to the races on the counterattack as she pushed the ball up the floor past multiple Aces defenders before sinking the transition pull-up jumper from just inside the foul line. Horston’s first career basket was part of an impactful debut in which she posted eight points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals on May 20, 2023.
