After nine seasons as a member of the Utah Jazz, Rudy Gobert kicked off his Twin Cities debut in style. First showing off the defensive chops that made him NBA Defensive Player of the Year three times, Gobert picks off an errant Oklahoma City Thunder pass and races the other way. Not exactly known for his outside shooting touch but short on time with the third quarter clock draining fast, Gobert beats the buzzer with a one-handed floater from just inside the three-point arc. The three-time All-Star put together a masterful first impression, with 23 points, 16 rebounds and two assists in the 115-108 win on October 19, 2022.
